2017 CO APCD Annual Report: Charting the Health Care System in Colorado
March 2018The Center for Improving Value in Health Care (CIVHC) All-Payer Claim Database (APCD) Colorado 2017 Annual Report highlights the research and progress the state has made toward achieving the triple aim of better health, better care, and lower costs. CIVHC surveyed health care costs, utilization, quality, and chronic conditions in Colorado using data from the APCD that represents the majority of Coloradans covered through Medicare, Medicaid, or commercial insurance. Various case studies conducted throughout the year are presented along with information about how additional parties can benefit from the use of Colorado's APCD.
